IN-STORE pick-up

For your convenience, we offer free IN-STORE pickup for all our merchandise.

We have 2 locations in the Greater New Orleans area:

You will still be asked to fill in a billing and shipping address if you pick in-store pick up.  Please fill these fields in accurately so there are no delays with processing.  

 We will send you an e-mail and/or text notifying you when the items are ready for pickup. PLEASE NOTE!!! -- Due to the COVID-19 event, you may experience delays in shipping and processing. We apologize in advance and are grateful for your patience.

Orders may not be ready until the next business day.   Your order may be ready sooner.  If you need your order expedited, please contact us.  504-368-4444, shoenamics@gmail.com, or try out Chat feature on the website. 

If you wish for someone else to pick up your order, you must email the name of that person as it appears on their ID to ShoenamiCS@gmail.com or call our office at 504-368-4444

A copy of the order (printed copy or on a screen) must be shown to a sales associate.

A a current, valid picture ID and signature are required for the package.
ID MUST MATCH THE NAME IN THE BILLING INFORMATION.  

You may return your items within 30 days from the ORDER date.  You can return them by mail or in-store.  You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost if you mail items back.
