*SHIPPING POLICY
Free Standard Shipping in the Contiguous United States for orders over $60
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a flat rate of $6.00 will be charged for shipping. Shipping and processing fees are non refundable for returns/exchanges. We reserve the right to select shipping carrier based on delivery times and size of shipment.
Carriers used include USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud. Please make sure you put in your correct billing information at check out. If you want to request a particular carrier, please contact us before placing your order.
We accept orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and to APO/AFO or Us Territories.
*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we do not ship international.
*CANCELLATIONS
Orders can not be canceled or modified once they have been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you have an issue with your order. We try to ship out as quickly as possible, so the window to make changes/corrections can be very small. Orders that are canceled before shipping will be refunded shipping and/or processing fees if applicable.
*PROCESSING TIME
All standard orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days Monday-Friday, excluding holidays provided the items are in stock and there are no issues with the payment verification.
Expedited handling means your order is picked, pulled, processed, and shipped the same business day if your order is received before 1PM central time. If your order is received after 1PM central time, on a holiday or weekend, it may not ship until the next business day. Expedited also means the typical package will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail instead of USPS Ground.

Expedited handling does not necessarily mean the package will ship with a faster delivery service. This depends on the cost which can fluctuate based on the distance the package must travel and the size of the package.

This table above is for the average order. Large orders and orders to more remote areas may fall outside this timeline. We can’t be held responsible for carrier delays. We usually use USPS but we reserve the right to use other carriers. We ship Mon-Fri except for major Holidays including Mardi Gras Day. We are located in the greater New Orleans area and may be affected by hurricanes and flooding.
*DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times vary for each order depending on delivery location, the size of package and shipping method. Expedited orders usually take 1-4 business days depending on your location.
Standard orders usually take about 1-7 days. Please contact us through e-mail, chat, or phone to get more accurate delivery times for your particular order.
*TRACKING
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking information. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive one. At our discretion, Shoe-nami may require a Signature Confirmation on certain orders.
*EXEMPTIONS
Shoe-Nami is not responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather conditions or events out of our control. Delivery times for Standard and Expedited shipping are estimates. Shoe-Nami is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make certain you have a safe place for packages to be left. If you would like to pay for signature confirmation, please contact us via chat, e-mail or phone.
We also offer insurance for packages through NAVIDIUM which covers lost, damaged, and stolen items. The protection must be purchased at the time of check-out for your order. You may contact the carrier directly also if you have a lost or damaged package to file a claim. We are happy to assist you as much as we can if you do not receive your package or your package arrives damaged. Please note that Shipping costs and the cost of Navidium are not covered.

Shoe-Nami is not responsible for returned packages that could not be delivered due to insufficient address, incorrect address, multiple attempts or packages that were refused. These include but are not limited to packages returned to us marked “UNDELIVERABLE,” “UNCLAIMED,” or “REFUSED.” If applicable, refunds for these items will have the original cost of shipping deducted from refund including orders that had free shipping. In these situations, we are happy to reship items provided the buyer pays for reshipment.
